Below are instructions that are
on the ordering form, but I am pasting down below for you also as a reference
We are now doing online billing for
photos which makes it easier for our families; however, photos will not be
distributed until the payment is received. Your account will NOT be
billed automatically unless it is past the deadline, and you are charged a $10
extra fee. To pay, you must log into your FACTS account with the
instructions below.
To Make a Payment:
> Go to: NWCS.org
> Go to PARENTS WEB (upper
left top corner)
> Log into your account
> Go to FINANCIAL tab
(left hand side column)
> From here you will see your
amount owed under PREPAY ACCOUNTS “ATHLETICS”.
The photos you order are a
fundraiser for the NWCS Crusader Club!
You should receive confirmation
for your order via email once you place the order, but it could take a few
minutes. If you do not receive confirmation, please let us know. If you
place more than one order, you will be charged for each order you place.
How to Pay Online for
Athletic Photos this Year:
Your total will be added to your
Athletic Fund on FACTS. You can log in and add funds to your account now or pay
when you receive the FACTS email reminder. These emails come out each Sunday
and you have money owed on your account (sometimes these emails go to your junk
folder).
You can simply take a few minutes
to log into Parents Web, select the Financial Tab, and look under Prepay
Accounts. If you see a negative balance, it means you need to ADD FUNDS
to the ATHLETIC FUND to clear that balance. To
see the list of charges/payments, please select the red/blue dollar amount
for the date and detail available.
No refunds will be given if
you put extra funds in the athletic pre-pay account beyond what you owe and end
up not using those dollars. Balances not used would be considered a
donation to the athletic department.

By clicking BELOW, I
understand I have to pay the balance before the end of the quarter, or
the business office will add a $10 admin fee and charge the balance through
my FACTS Incidental Billing or my FACTS Tuition plan.
