CORE VALUE OF THE WEEK - Consistency!
Highlighted HS Boys Track Athlete of the Week:
Cole Newton
If there is anything that needs to get done Cole is ALWAYS the first to jump in and help. He has CONSISTENTLY demonstrated all season long that he is the one to count on!
Highlighted HS Girls Track Athlete of the Week:
Faith Hamilton
Faith is always consistent, week after week, giving her BEST in each workout and practice. She does this both for her personal improvement and that of the team as well.
Highlighted HS Golf Athlete of the Week:
Tristen Scott
Tristen demonstrates consistency on our team by always being present and working hard. He is quick to ask for help and truly cares about getting better, every day. I appreciate his willingness to be coached and efforts to become a better teammate and golfer.
Highlighted HS Varsity Fastpitch Softball Athlete of the Week:
Kendall Bevan
Kendall consistently shows her love for this sport and her team through adversity. She fought through an injury over the last few weeks, but never missed a practice or game. Kendall always supports her team even when she is not able to play.
Highlighted HS JV Fastpitch Softball Athlete of the Week:
Charlee Kissee
Charlee has the true heart of an athlete and always wants to learn more about softball. She has shown a consistent improvement in her knowledge and skills as well as always having a positive attitude.
Highlighted HS Varsity Baseball Athlete of the Week:
Drew Bevan
Drew has shown consistency at the plate and on the field as he continues to play a bigger role for the Crusader’s Baseball Team. Nice work, Drew!
Highlighted HS JV Baseball Athlete of the Week:
Jackson Freeze
Jackson is amazing in his consistency, batting .375 and really doing an amazing job playing three positions in the field. Jackson is an awesome young man who is willing to serve the team in whatever capacity that he is asked to fill. We are excited to see this young man continue to grow and develop as a player and as a person.
Highlighted HS Boys Soccer Athlete of the Week:
Ethan Reid
Ethan is always early and helping with team gear. He just sustained a season-ending injury and was immediately back on the sideline cheering on the team while on crutches.
Highlighted JH Varsity Baseball Athlete of the Week:
Chase Mortlock
Chase’s respect toward others and hustle showed from moment one of our Junior High practices. He consistently shows a high work ethic and respectful character that contributes to a successful team.
Highlighted JH JV Baseball Athlete of the Week:
