Jeremy Baker was raised in Bonners Ferry, Idaho and played baseball at the college level before entering the business world. Jeremy loves Jesus and seeks to put Him at the center of everything. When it comes to coaching, he views it as a ministry and strives to disciple others in Christ through mentorship, character, and the game of baseball. He is a big believer in teamwork and focuses on building a true team culture that values humility, effort, and playing for each other. Away from coaching, Jeremy has a deep love for the trades and uses business as a ministry.

He leads Devout Group—an investment company that concentrates on investing into the right people and their organizations/businesses. Devout Group focuses on investing into the trades and oversees construction, building, and land development projects, and also acts as a resource partner to aligned ministry partners. Jeremy resides in Mead, Washington with his wife, Kacee, and their three children: Easton, Bryce, and Leighton.
