Rick Hofman is the Junior High Head Coach at Northwest Christian School. He brings several years of experience coaching youth and travel softball, focusing on fundamentals, teamwork, and building confidence in young athletes.

Rick has a strong background in leadership and team development, which shapes his approach to coaching both on and off the field. Above all, his relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of his life, and he views coaching as a ministry opportunity rooted in integrity, humility, and respect.

Rick has been married for 18 years and is the proud father of two children, Noah and Hayli. He is passionate about investing in young athletes and helping them grow as competitors, leaders, and followers of Christ.
