Congratulations to Coach Stephan Fritsch who will step into the Head Track and Field position! This is not Coach Fritsch's first time as the Head Track Coach at NWC, however!   Stephan has served as the Head Track Field Coach for six years at NWC in the past, in addition to serving as the assistant track and XC coach at NWC for many years.  We are thankful that Coach Fritsch will continue that leadership and discipleship to our athletes as the Head Track and Field Coach.  Coach Fritsch has over 25 years of coaching experience in the sports of cross country, basketball, and track and field. Stephan has a heart and passion for serving the Lord and coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Stephan has worked hard in his training and coaching in Track and Field. Coach Fritsch holds a USATF Level 1 Coaching Certification and is also a Certified Track and Field

Umpire.  In addition to his plethora of coaching experience, Stephan currently serves as the Pastor at Colbert Chapel. Coach Fritsch also holds a Teaching Certificate in the State of Washington and helps drive buses for our teams also.

We are excited to have Coach Fritsch not only help our student athletes grow in their knowledge and skill of the sport of track and field, but for Coach Fritsch to encourage

them in their faith and walk with the Lord.
