It’s Time for CORNHOLE & FUN!

Dunk tank, games, face painting, fellowship & cornhole for all!

1^st Annual NWCS Athletic Department/Crusader Club Event

Where:  NWC Colbert Upper Campus (5104 E Bernhill Rd, Colbert, WA)

When:  Sat, June 18th.  Event will start at 10:00 am.

Divisions:  1^st/2^nd, 3^rd/4^th, 5^th/6^th, 7^th /8^th , 9^th-12^th,  Adult Rec & Competitive

YOU JUST NEED A PARTNER, and you are all set!

Who Benefits: Everyone benefits from the fellowship and fun! ($5 of the fee will go towards costs and the next Crusader Club purchase of an athletic van.  The remainder of the entry fee will be a fundraiser for your sport of choice as indicated on your registration form.

Prizes – Division winners & best team outfit prizes for 1^st-6^th grade divisions

Food & Extra Activities:  Bring cash for these fun activities and food items!

               -BBQ items, snacks, and NOM NOM FROOZEES

 -Cornhole bump, long distance air mail cornhole and we will have a Dunk Tank too!

Raffle:                Buy raffle tickets for a custom designed beautiful wooden Corn Hole set by Chad Bowman.  Raffle tickets can only be purchased at the event.

Cost:                  1^st Grade-High School                   $30       ($15 a teammate)

                             Adult Recreational                       $40       ($20 a teammate)

                             Adult Competitive                        $50       ($25 a teammate)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Rules:                 After registration, rules will be emailed for your division and brackets will be sent before the event.  Info will be posted at nwcathletics.org under: RESOURCE TAB.

                         1^st-6^th teams need a coach/parent to help with scoring & to report the score.

Volunteers:      Please consider helping with the following needs:   score table, concessions, sign-in, division monitors/helpers, set-up, and clean-up.  If interested, email Crusader Club President, Emily Slade: eslade@nwcs.org

REGISTRATION:

·       Deadline to Register: June 1^st (Bracket times and info will follow.)

·       Fill out the attached entry form and return to the NWCS Athletic Department via the front desk of the Upper Campus, Lower Campus, Cedar Campus or mail to:

·       Youth divisions will be in the morning, followed by Adult Divisions, and then 7^th-12^th.

·       Once bracketing is done, additional teams won’t be added.  Bracket info out by June 11.
